Nurturing Talented Financial Professionals

With the objective of skilling the youth coming from underprivileged homes for Banking And Financial Services Industry job roles Raman Kant Munjal Foundation (RKMF) has launched Hunar with support from Hero Fincorp as part of their CSR initiative.This program skills candidates in financial, banking and insurance subjects as per BFSI skill sector council course curriculum.
The program also provides training in soft skills and personality development. The candidates are provided holistic training, which in turn increases their employability.
The program focuses on young graduates from marginalized sections of society. We encourage women candidates to also take up these training sessions. A certificate is awarded at the successful completion of the course.
A Gamut of Opportunities
The program offers three major courses every year.
- Loan Processing Officer :
A loan processing officer is a person who is appointed by a bank to evaluate, authorize or recommend approval of loan applications for people and businesses.
- Business Correspondent or Facilitator
A debt recovery agent is a person who is engaged by a bank for collecting specified loans and debts or advance from debtors or borrowers.
- Debt Recovery agent
A business facilitator/ correspondent is a person who is the representative of a bank, responsible for providing banking services in remote locations to prompt financial inclusions.
