
Life has become meaningful for Sundari Gujar since she joined the Hamari Asha program. She lives in Ghatal village and says that if it wasn’t for this noble cause, she would have wasted all her time in gossip.

Anshu has been learning diya making from the Hamari Asha initiative for five years now. She is a resident of Mau village and says that with this skill, she gets employed for 4-5 months a year. The money she earns lets her celebrate Diwali with her family in a grand way.

Poonam is a resident of Kapriwas village and is proud that she is able to help her husband run the household, in spite of having no formal educational degree. She believes that Hamari Asha changed her life for the better.

Rubi Devi likes visiting the training sessions. Hailing from Malpura village, this confident woman is grateful for the exposure to new skills, which has enhanced her self-esteem a great deal.
