Through initiatives such as Hero Asha Education Centers, Pathakshala, Scholarships, DhanCharcha, Saarthi, and Anganwadi Transformation Programmes, the Raman Kant Munjal Foundation is expanding access to quality education, strengthening learning ecosystems, and empowering children and youth from underserved communities to build brighter futures. Skill Development

Skill development is essential for fostering personal growth and enhancing employability in today’s competitive world. Recognizing this need, Hunar and Jeevika project are implemented to empower individuals with the skills required to thrive in job market. These programs focus on providing computer training, tally course, beautician course and sewing and stitching skills. By equipping individuals with the necessary tools and knowledge, these skill development initiatives aim to create a workforce that is skilled. Ultimately, these projects contribute to economic growth and help to build a more prosperous society.

At Raman Kant Munjal Foundation, we believe that a greener tomorrow begins with the choices we make today. Through our tree plantation initiative, we are actively contributing to environmental restoration — planting trees across communities to improve air quality, restore green cover, and build a healthier environment for generations to come. Every sapling planted is a promise — to the earth, to the community, and to the children who will grow alongside it.

Hamari Asha- Livelihood Project is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering individuals from marginalized communities by enhancing their skills and providing livelihood opportunities. Recognizing the challenges faced by these communities, the initiative brings together women from diverse communities, offering them the opportunity to gain financial independence and uplift their lives. Through this project, we build a pathway towards women’s economic independence and improved quality of life for those we serve.

Sustainable Development Goals

The Raman Kant Munjal Foundation is contributing to various Sustainable Development Goals through different development projects. Our flagship program “Hero Asha Education Center”, we are supporting goals of quality education, gender equality, and reduced inequalities. The Hamari Asha, a women livelihood initiative, is supporting gender equality, poverty reduction and good jobs for economic growth. As a collective responsibility of the environment, we have constructed check dams, water ATM installation, solar street lights, and tree plantation projects to support affordable and clean energy, clean water and sanitation and climate action. Raman Kant Munjal Foundation has collaborated with various CSRs like Hero MotoCorp limited, Hero Future Energy Limited, Hero FinCorp etc. and BML university.
